If you would like some one-to-one guidance into your mindfulness and healing journey then these VIP bespoke sessions are for you.

There will be 4 online one-to-one sessions a month. Each tailored to your individual needs.

The sessions will be 1 hour long and using a mixture of different mindfulness techniques depending on what best fits for you. From yoga, meditation, movement meditation or Theta Healing sessions.

£400 per month.

I have now been doing meditation with Maude for several months and I have truly undergone a positive transformation in my life.
