Maude's Story

Hi, I am Maude.

I spent a decade in a successful acting career. You may know me as Helga from Vikings. On the surface it was exciting, wild and glamorous, but behind the scenes it was anxiety-inducing and quietly unsustainable. I have moved through toxic relationships to find a healthy, deeply supportive love. I have navigated two painful years of IVF before finally getting pregnant and welcoming my beautiful baby boy into the world.

I have had my fair share of dark nights of the soul. But through the hardest times I found the brightest light. Meditation, energy healing and transformation. My practice allowed me to slow down, reconnect to myself and learn to trust my own path.

I am a kinesthetic learner. I can feel what other people are feeling. And through years of meditation teaching, I learned to read the room, to let my intuition find the words, and to free my voice completely. I want to help you do the same.
