I believe that for the most effective ADHD support, there needs to be a holistic approach. Looking at all areas of your life from, meditation to nutrition, exercise and sleep. My focus is sharing the benefits of meditation for ADHD, which include helping train focus and attention, calm feelings of stress and anxiety, minimise impulsivity, bring better sleep, relax both body and mind and bring more self-confidence and self-compassion. I have developed this series of practices and techniques to help you achieve these benefits. I hope you enjoy.
