This practice has allowed me to heal from traumatic relationships and create healthy and happy relationships in all areas of my life. It has helped me transition careers into one full of purpose and passion and has given me a sense of confidence that I never thought possible. It can do the same for you.

Meditation is a practice of sitting with yourself. It is not about sitting with a quiet mind and switching off thought, it is about switching your focus away from your external world and waking up to the thoughts and feelings of your internal world. A regular practice can bring a profound peace and new understanding of yourself.

This course has opened my eyes and opened up a pathway to reconnect to myself. It has helped me to sort out my erratic daily schedule. I loved belonging to a group. I loved seeing myself and my fellow classmates going through our individual journeys. The workshops have brought new knowledge to me or helped to expand my current understanding. Loved every minute I managed to spend with you and the gang. I wish we could reunite in person at some point in the future.
This course has really opened my mind, body and soul. I’ve learned more about myself in 4 weeks then I have my whole life. Maude has become a friend to me and also a mentor. Maude’s mindfulness course was life changing. Each day brought a different theme. This is a very well put together course with many tools to help find yourself and love and be kind to yourself. Maude has a very calming and compassionate persona and radiates this in her sessions. I particularly like that I was able to dip in and dip out without feeling guilty or judged about my commitment to the course.

I have been lucky enough to experience amazing moving and seated meditation classes with Maude. She makes meditation accessible: her tone of voice and manner help you into a state of calm and balance. Her moving meditations are great if you prefer movement on the body rather than stillness, and she manages to captivate with her passion. The explanations she provides are thorough, easy to follow and help you feel confident even if you’re a beginner. Maude is excellent and I highly recommend
I have been fortunate enough to attend a number of meditation and movement meditations sessions. Simply put they make my day, or days after. I find them really relaxing and restorative and cannot recommend them highly enough. I have also attended Maude’s Theta Healing meditations and these have had a profound effect on me not only emotionally and physically, but also improving my spiritual side.
